Tabitha：So far I am enjoying this tea
I got this Ashitaba Tea because of the health benefits I’ve read about, including, helping with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, menopause, all of which I have. It is also good for heartburn, gout, joint pain common cold, and as an anti-cancer aid, as well as many other things. It contains Protein, Anti-oxidants,Amino acids, Vitamins B12, C, B-Carotene, Potassium Calcium, Iron and Minerals as well as others! I have been using this for almost a month and I have noticed my energy level has increased. I am unsure if it has helped with my cholesterol as I have not had testing done since I’ve been drinking this. I have not noticed any changes in the menopause symptoms but maybe I will over time. I am pleased with this so far. As far as the taste, it does not taste bad at all. I mix it in hot water (coffee cup full) with about a teaspoon of the Ashitaba Tea and drink. It has an early taste. Nothing overpowering. The powder totally dissolves. I actually enjoy the taste and drink it every night!

Loving the green tea Ashitaba! I started taking green tea as a part of cleansing my body of toxins. I quit drinking coffee and rid of all gluten, because I have lupus. This tea is delicious! It tastes great hot, warm and even cold! It reminds me of Oolong tea. I have been drinking it for a few weeks now and it has definitely been helping me with digestive issues and cleaning things up on the inside! I was sick with a chest infection that created a lot of mucous and phlegm and had a hard time getting rid of it. Since drinking this tea, I can feel I’m clearing it up and out a lot faster. If I feel bloated or have that stuffy, crampy feeling after eating, I just drink a cup of Ashitaba tea and I feel much better.I definitely have more clarity of mind and body! You can drink many cups of this a day and you will feel great! I’m sure it’s doing a lot more, I’ll just have to wait and see!
